About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources team across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to core HR functions in a fast-growing tech company.

Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
- Support onboarding and induction of recent joiners
- Help maintain and update employee records, HRMS/GreytHR data, and attendance trackers
- Assist in drafting HR communications, offer letters, and internal announcements
- Support employer branding initiatives (campus outreach, social media content, career page updates)
- Coordinate with academic institutions for internship and placement partnerships




- Assist with employee engagement activities and culture-building initiatives
- Support documentation for compliance, policy rollouts, and HR audits
- Help with exit formalities and F&F; documentation as needed

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Prior internship or project experience in HR is a plus, not mandatory
