UI/UX Design Intern — Job Requirements

Role Overview

ETDOX is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Design Intern to support the design of websites, SaaS products, AI applications, dashboards, and mobile applications. You will work closely with the Product, Engineering, AI/ML, and Marketing teams to turn ideas and requirements into polished digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Design modern and responsive websites, web applications, SaaS platforms, and mobile interfaces.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Work with Figma to create screens, components, prototypes, and design systems.
- Conduct basic UX research and understand user requirements.
- Create intuitive navigation, information architecture, and user journeys.
- Develop and maintain UI component libraries and design systems.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Review implemented interfaces and identify UI/UX issues.
- Design dashboards, admin panels, AI interfaces, landing pages, and product interfaces.
- Participate in product brainstorming and contribute design ideas.
- Create visual assets and interface designs for ETDOX's internal products and client projects.
- Maintain consistency in typography, spacing, layouts, colors, icons, and overall brand experience.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Strong knowledge of Figma.
- Understanding of wireframing and prototyping.
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
- Understanding of typography, color theory,



spacing, grids, and visual hierarchy.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is preferred.
- Ability to understand user requirements and convert them into practical designs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience designing SaaS products or dashboards.
- Knowledge of design systems and reusable components.
- Basic understanding of React/frontend development.
- Experience with AI products, AI agents, chatbots, or data dashboards.
- Knowledge of Framer, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of UX research and usability testing.

Candidate Requirements

- Students, fresh graduates, and self-taught designers are welcome.
- Portfolio is preferred — personal projects, college projects, Figma designs, Behance/Dribbble work, or GitHub projects are acceptable.
- Strong willingness to learn and experiment.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a multidisciplinary team.
