ROLE: Tele calling Executive

Job Type: 3 Months Contractual

Salary: 18,000 - 25,000

NOTE: Own laptop and Mobile are mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle 50–100 outbound calls daily to parents.
- Counsel parents and students regarding the organisation’s programmes, courses, academic offerings, and key benefits.
- Explain the programme structure, features, learning approach, eligibility, and other relevant details clearly and accurately.
- Understand the parent/student’s requirements, identify their interests and concerns, and provide appropriate information to move the conversation forward.
- Generate and nurture positive leads by effectively communicating the value of the programme and addressing queries or objections.
- Proactively follow up with interested parents and maintain regular communication to improve lead engagement and conversion.
- Encourage and coordinate walk-in visits, counselling sessions, orientations, or further interactions with the concerned team/location.
- Maintain a qualified, courteous, and customer-focused approach during every interaction with parents.
- Record accurate and detailed call outcomes, including lead status, parent requirements,



interest level, follow-up requirements, objections, and next action.
- Maintain updated daily lead and calling reports and ensure all required data is entered accurately and shared with the Reporting Manager within the specified timelines.
- Track assigned leads systematically and ensure timely follow-ups without missing potential opportunities.
- Coordinate with the respective location/CRM/admissions team wherever required to ensure smooth lead movement and follow-up.
- Prepare and share daily reports on calls made, connected calls, interested leads, follow-ups, walk-ins generated, conversions, and other assigned KPIs.
- Meet the assigned daily calling, follow-up, lead-generation, walk-in, and conversion targets.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of parent/student information and organisational data.
- Perform any additional customer engagement, calling, follow-up, or reporting responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Manager.
