Job title - Business Development manager
Location - Remote
Experience: 4-7 years of experience in B2B Technology, IT Services, Consulting, SaaS, or Digital Solutions sales.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute territory, industry, and account plans.
Identify new business and digital transformation opportunities.
Generate and qualify B2B leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
Conduct discovery meetings with senior business and technology stakeholders.
Understand client requirements and align appropriate technology/solution offerings.
Coordinate with solution consultants, delivery teams, and SMEs during sales pursuits.
Lead proposals, commercial discussions, negotiations, and deal closure.
Build and maintain relationships with CXO, business, technology, and procurement stakeholders.
Manage sales forecasts, pipeline reviews, CRM updates, and opportunity governance.
Track sales performance against revenue, pipeline, win-rate, and business-growth targets.




Mentor junior business-development team members and improve sales processes.
