Patient Service Officer (PSO) – Nalam Hospital, Theni

Nalam Hospital, Theni is looking for a friendly and responsible Patient Service Officer (PSO) to support patients and attendants and ensure smooth coordination throughout their hospital visit.

Qualification

- Any Degree from a recognized institution.
- Freshers are most welcome to apply.
- Experience in hospital, healthcare, patient care, front office, customer service, or patient coordination will be an advantage.
- Valuable communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist patients and attendants with registration, appointments, consultations, investigations, billing, and hospital services.
- Welcome and guide patients professionally and provide patient-friendly service.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, pharmacy, laboratory, billing, insurance, and other departments.




- Manage OPD coordination, patient movement, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Handle patient queries, requests, complaints, and concerns and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Support patient satisfaction and positive patient experience.
- Maintain basic patient records, feedback, and service-related documentation.
- Provide clear communication to patients and attendants in Tamil and English.
- Follow hospital SOPs, policies, service standards, and patient care procedures.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery.
- Assist in patient feedback collection and service improvement activities.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
