Job Summary

AWS Geek Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will assist with recruitment, candidate coordination, employee documentation, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain practical experience in human resource management and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate shortlisting.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and follow-ups.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Maintain candidate databases, interview records, and employee documentation.
- Assist with employee onboarding, joining formalities, and document verification.
- Support attendance management, leave records, and other routine HR activities.
- Handle candidate and employee queries professionally.




- Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks and internal coordination.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a team workplace.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
