INTERNAL AUDITOR - INTERNAL AUDIT & ASSURANCE

Join NES Fircrofts Internal Audit team in Bengaluru and play a key role in evaluating and enhancing risk management, governance, and internal control processes across our global business. What Youll Be Doing

- Internal Audit Execution: Deliver internal audit engagements, testing activities, and monitoring reviews in line with the annual internal audit programme.
- Control Assessment: Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls and identify process, system, and control weaknesses.
- Audit Planning: Develop risk-based audit plans that align with the objectives, scope, and priorities of each audit engagement.
- Report Preparation: Document audit evidence, findings, observations, and recommendations in transparent, concise, and well-supported reports.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present audit outcomes and recommendations effectively to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Action Tracking: Monitor management actions and audit findings to support timely remediation and closure.
- Risk Advisory Support: Provide guidance on internal controls, risk management practices, and governance matters across the organization.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with business leaders to identify practical solutions and strengthen control environments.
- Special Projects: Support investigations, assurance reviews, and other projects assigned by the Head of Internal Audit & Assurance.

Manage assigned responsibilities independently while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.

What Were Looking For

- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Audit Experience: Minimum 12 months of progressive internal audit experience.
- Professional Qualification: Currently studying towards a professional qualification such as IIA CIA, ACA, ACCA, or an equivalent credential.
- Big Four Exposure: Previous experience with a Big Four professional services firm is advantageous.
- Internal Audit Knowledge: Sound understanding of internal audit methodologies, internal controls, and risk management principles.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Planning & Organisation:



Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting findings and recommendations.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Technical Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Office applications; experience with audit software and data analytics tools is desirable.
- Professional Integrity: Strong commitment to ethics, objectivity, confidentiality, and professional standards.
