Key Responsibilities

· Plan and execute purchase of pharmaceutical finished goods as per approved requirements and sales/stock plans.

· Identify, evaluate and coordinate with approved vendors, manufacturers and third-party suppliers.

· Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate prices, payment terms, MOQ and delivery schedules.

· Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure accuracy of product, quantity, batch/pack details and commercial terms.

· Follow up with suppliers for order confirmation, production status, dispatch and timely delivery.

· Coordinate with QA/QC and regulatory teams for product specifications, approved vendor status and required documents.

· Ensure availability of COA, batch documents, invoices, packing lists and other applicable product documentation before/along with receipt.

· Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for inward planning, dispatch and receipt of finished goods.

· Monitor pending orders, delivery commitments, shortages, delays and replacements, and escalate issues promptly.

· Maintain purchase records, vendor data, quotations,



POs and procurement reports in MS Excel.

· Support cost-saving initiatives through vendor comparison, negotiation and purchase planning.

· Ensure procurement activities follow company SOPs, quality requirements and applicable pharmaceutical compliance procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Commerce, Business Administration or a relevant field.

· 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical purchase/procurement, preferably finished goods.

· Good negotiation, vendor management, follow-up and communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline and ability to meet timelines.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per month
