Job Summary

Lorio Homes is looking for a Telecalling Executive to handle customer calls, generate and qualify leads, schedule appointments, and support the sales team in converting enquiries into potential business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to leads received from Meta, Google, website, referrals and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements, project details, budget and material preferences.
- Qualify leads and update all relevant information in CRM/Odoo.
- Schedule showroom visits and appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers and maintain lead status.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and follow-up.
- Maintain daily telecalling and lead-conversion reports.
- Ensure timely follow-up with enquiries and avoid missed opportunities.
- Support customer communication and basic after-sales coordination when required.

Requirements

- 1+ year experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service or lead generation.




- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Multilingual candidates preferred – Malayalam and English required; Hindi/Tamil/Kannada would be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of CRM/Excel/Odoo or similar systems.
- Good follow-up skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.
- Experience in interior, real estate, building materials, luxury products or showroom sales will be an added advantage.
