Manager – Channel Partner Sales & Business Development

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and people-oriented Managers to lead and expand our Channel Partner (DSA) network. The ideal candidate should have solid interpersonal and leadership skills, a pleasant personality, the ability to influence people, and a passion for achieving sales targets through relationship management and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, manage and expand the DSA and Channel Partner network across Kerala.
- Build strong relationships with existing partners and onboard new business associates.
- Drive sales growth through partner engagement, regular follow-ups and joint sales initiatives.
- Lead, motivate and manage the channel sales team to achieve business targets.
- Conduct partner meetings, sales presentations, training sessions and networking activities.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets and strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal sales, marketing and CRM teams to ensure smooth lead management and timely payouts.




- Travel extensively to meet partners, strengthen relationships and develop new markets.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare business reports and implement growth strategies.

Candidate Profile

- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Active, energetic, approachable and pleasant personality with the ability to influence people.
- Strong people-management, networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
- Experience in real estate, DSA, channel sales, banking, insurance or financial services will be an advantage.
