JOB DESCRIPTION – CLINIC CALLER & BACKEND EXECUTIVE

Position: Clinic Caller & Backend Executive
Clinic: The Skin Art Clinic
Experience: 1–2 years preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a well-spoken, organised and responsible candidate to handle patient calling, lead follow-ups and Tally, basic backend/computer work at The Skin Art Clinic. The candidate should be comfortable speaking with patients and have basic knowledge of Excel , Tally and computer operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from patients and leads generated through advertisements.
- Follow up with leads and patients and coordinate appointments.
- Explain basic information regarding clinic services and treatments as instructed by the clinic.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing patients.
- Update patient and lead details accurately in the system/Excel.
- Maintain daily calling, lead and appointment records.
- Handle Tally, including data entry, updating sheets, sorting/filtering data and maintaining records.
- Assist the Clinic Coordinator and reception team with backend work whenever required.
- Help patients with basic registration, forms and consent documentation.




- Assist in maintaining patient records and treatment-related documentation.
- Coordinate with the doctor, clinic coordinator and other staff regarding appointments and patient requirements.
- Ensure that all patient information is handled confidentially and accurately.
- Perform other basic administrative and backend tasks required for the smooth functioning of the clinic.

Skills Required

- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Confident and polite while speaking with patients over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Organised and capable of maintaining records accurately.
- Good follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple calls/tasks.
- Presentable, qualified and well-mannered.
- Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, dermatology/cosmetology clinic or similar setup will be preferred.

Important: The candidate should be comfortable with both calling responsibilities and Tally/Excel work and should be willing to support the clinic's reception and backend operations as required.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
