Key Responsibilities:

Lead the successful delivery of insurance domain projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Act as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to align business objectives and expectations.

Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring optimal resource utilization and capability development.

Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices, governance models, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Oversee financials including budgeting, forecasting, revenue tracking, and margin management.

Identify and mitigate delivery risks while ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Support business development through solutioning, proposals, and identifying opportunities for account growth.

Manage P&L; / RPF / REF and commercial responsibilities associated with the engagement/account.

Key Requirements:

Robust experience in insurance domain (P&C;, Life, or Health) with a deep understanding of industry processes.

Own and lead large-scale P&C; Insurance engagements across multiple programs, accounts, and delivery functions.

Proven track record in managing large delivery programs and client engagements.
/n
Experience in handling distributed teams and working in global delivery models.
/n
Solid financial acumen and ability to manage P&L; responsibilities.
