Manage client communication, follow-ups, feedback, and account requirements while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Experience in client servicing / social media account management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
