Job Summary:
We are hiring a Business Development Executive to expand our customer base through field visits, client meetings, lead generation, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify new business opportunities through market research and field visits.
- Meet potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Present and explain our products and solutions.
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate, and support sales closure.
- Achieve monthly business development targets.

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months of field sales/business development experience.
- Candidates with previous experience in Insurance Sales, Bank Guarantees, or Surety Bonds will be preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with positive client relationship skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
