Job Title: Sales & Marketing Representative – Smart Home Automation

HomingIQ is looking for an energetic Sales & Marketing Representative to help generate local leads and promote our smart home automation services across Pune.

The role is primarily field-based and focused on direct marketing, customer interaction, and lead generation.

Responsibilities

- Conduct promotional activities and small marketing camps in residential societies.
- Distribute brochures, pamphlets, and promotional material in targeted areas.
- Approach potential customers and explain HomingIQ smart home solutions.
- Generate qualified leads for smart switches, lighting automation, curtain automation, voice control, and related services.
- Coordinate with society managers, security teams, and committees for promotional activities.
- Follow up with interested prospects and schedule demos/site visits for the sales team.
- Visit newly developed residential areas, apartments, interior projects, and local businesses to identify opportunities.
- Maintain basic records of leads, follow-ups, and daily field activity.
- Support local campaigns, exhibitions, events, and other offline marketing initiatives.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people.
- Willingness to travel locally within Pune.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a field-sales environment.
- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp proficiency.
- Previous experience in sales, field marketing, real estate, electronics, home improvement, telecom, or similar industries is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
