Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and *hands-on Technical Lead* to lead the technical development and architecture of AIVIDA’s web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in *Next.js, Golang, API development, databases, cloud technologies, and system architecture*, along with the ability to mentor and guide a development team.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web and mobile applications.

* Define and implement robust, secure, and maintainable application architecture.

* Develop and manage high-performance *backend services and REST APIs using Golang (Go)*.

* Lead frontend development using *Next.js* and ensure responsive, user-friendly applications.

* Design and optimize database structures, queries, and integrations.

* Manage third-party API integrations, authentication, notifications, and other platform services.

* Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

* Mentor and guide junior developers and freshers.

* Troubleshoot complex technical, application, and production issues.

* Manage cloud deployment, CI/CD processes, monitoring, and application performance.

* Collaborate with UI/UX, Product, QA,



and Management teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with business requirements.

* Participate in technical planning, task allocation, estimation, and team development.

Candidate Requirements

* Minimum *5 years of relevant software development experience*.

* Strong hands-on experience with *Next.js and Golang*.

* Experience in developing and managing web and mobile applications.

* Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.

* Proven experience in technical leadership, mentoring, or team coordination.

* Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

* Experience in Healthcare, HealthTech, SaaS, or startup environments will be an added advantage.
