Sales & Reservation Associate

Location: Corporate Office
Department: Sales & Reservations
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred; Freshers can also apply

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle room reservations and booking inquiries through calls, emails, and other channels.
- Coordinate with hotels and internal teams regarding reservations and availability.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and generating business.
- Follow up with clients and maintain good customer relationships.
- Prepare and maintain reservation records and reports.
- Handle guest queries and provide timely assistance.
- Support the Sales & Reservations team in day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Reservations, or the hospitality industry preferred.




- Candidates with a Tours & Travel background can also apply.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in the local language is preferred.
- Customer-oriented attitude and good interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reservation systems will be an advantage.
