Pre-Sales Engineer – ELV Solutions

Qualification Criteria:

ü Diploma / BE /Any Graduate

ü 3-5 Years of experience in Designing and Implementing CCTV, Fire Alarm System, Access Control System, PA System, BMS System

Technical Skill Set:

ü Should possess thorough knowledge of various ELV Solution offering Technology Solutions for CCTV, Fire Alarm System, Access Control System, PA System, BMS System)

ü Should have knowledge of different domain products:

o CCTV System: Honeywell, Hikvision, Dahua etc

o Fire Alarm: Honeywell, Siemens, Hochiki, appollo etc

o Access Control–Honeywell, Smart I, HDI, Matrix etc

o PA System: Honeywell, Bose, Ahuja etc

o BMS System: Trane, easy IO, Honeywell, Siemens

o DIS : Smart I

ü Should be able to design solutions for ELV offerings

ü Should have in depth knowledge product understanding from different OEMs/brands.

ü Should have positive communication and present ability skills

Key Results Area

ü To develop Technology Solutions for CCTV, Fire Alarm System, Access Control System, PA System, BMS System

ü To achieve Business Objective of Development of Technology Business and Revenue Generation for above line of business

ü To provide Pre-Sales Support to Sales Team and be an enabler for Technology Solution Selling for above line of business

ü To provide Post-Sales Support to Support Team and guide them for deployment of Technology Solution.

Job Responsibilities





ü To initiate and develop a business model for New Technology Solutions from self initiated strategies & planning.

ü To identify and develop Product portfolio on above Technology solutions.

ü Quality Check and Continuous improvement in Solution Offerings

ü To develop and strategies Market Approach for Technology Solutions.

ü Technical Presentation and Positioning solution with Customers

ü Solution Design – BOQ formation and Proposal making

ü Document offering and prepare sales material i.e. effective presentations, offering templates etc.

ü Help Sales team to prepare documentary

ü Preparing offer and supporting i.e. BOM, price, Scope Of work,

ü Be with sales person during customer interaction, presentation to make sales more effective

ü Tender document preparation, submission and closure

ü To provide Technical Support to Field Engineers on deployment of the solution / troubleshooting of problems

ü To develop Training Modules and work out training calendar for Sales and Support Team and to Conduct Training for them.

Reports Requirement

ü Tracking Daily Activity – Daily Basis

ü Technology Vertical Development Progress Report – Monthly Basis

ü Training Report – Monthly Basis

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
