ADMISSION ADVISOR

Shantara naturopathy retreat is a premium wellness retreat launching in Kozhikode. We're a 60,000 sq. ft. facility on 4 acres with 52 luxury rooms and 2 specialty dining outlets, offering comprehensive wellness programs. Our positioning combines clinical wellness excellence with luxury hospitality standards.

We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate Admissions Advisor .The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding patients through the admission process, explaining wellness programs, Follow up of all enquiries and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for all guests seeking natural healing and wellness treatments.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle patient inquiries through phone, email, and in-person consultations.
- Explain naturopathy treatments, wellness packages, and hospital facilities to prospective patients.
- Guide patients through the admission and registration process.
- Maintain proper patient records and admission documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other departments for smooth patient onboarding.
- Follow up with potential patients and maintain a strong relationship with clients.
- Support marketing and promotional activities when required.





Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Hotel / Hospitality / Healthcare / Management preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, customer service, or healthcare coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism.
- Basic computer knowledge and record management skills.

Must Have

- Experience in hospitals, wellness centers, or naturopathy/ayurveda clinics.
- Good communication in English, Malayalam, Hindi and Arabic is advantage.
