Job Title: Senior Tender

Job Description:

- Search, identify and evaluate new Government Tenders/Bids on GEM and other portals.
- Coordinate with the Technical, Sales and Accounts teams for product specifications, pricing and tender requirements.
- Prepare and review Technical, General & Financial Compliance Sheets, catalogues, annexures, affidavits, schedules and required tender formats.
- Handle tender submission, clarifications, pre-bid queries and presentations.
- Ensure all tender documents are properly checked, scanned, signed and uploaded on the GEM Portal within timelines.
- Manage GEM product listing and invoice uploading.
- Maintain and regularly update Tender Tracker, Customer Review (CRR) and tender-related records.
- Prepare dispatch documentation for CGMSCL,



KMSCL and other government departments.
- Handle official emails, correspondence and timely responses related to tenders.
- Coordinate with Accounts for product insurance, invoices, scanning and documentation.
- Share current tender opportunities and important updates with the concerned teams.
- Take ownership of tender activities and ensure accuracy, compliance and timely submission.

Key Requirement:
Strong knowledge of GEM Portal, Government Tenders, Tender Documentation, Compliance & E-Tendering, with good coordination and communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
