KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER – MEDIA PRODUCTION (GOVERNMENT Domain)

We are looking for an experienced Media Production & Project Management professional who can take complete ownership of projects — from the first client meeting to final execution and delivery.

This is a senior role for someone who has robust experience in media production, client management, team leadership, and government projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects end-to-end, from planning and conceptualization to execution and final delivery.

Handle client meetings, requirements, presentations, reviews, and ongoing communication.

Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, quality, and deliverables.

Work closely with government departments and institutional clients.

Coordinate and communicate with IAS officers, ministers, senior government officials, and other key stakeholders.

Manage government project requirements, approvals, meetings, documentation, and execution.

Represent the organization in important client and government meetings.

Identify project challenges and take ownership of finding solutions.

Ensure smooth coordination between clients,



government stakeholders, internal teams, and production partners.

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of relevant experience in media production, advertising, creative agencies, production houses, corporate communications, or similar fields.

Strong experience in client management and stakeholder management.

Proven experience managing end-to-end media/production projects.

Strong team management and leadership skills.

Previous experience handling government projects is highly preferred.

Experience interacting with IAS officers, ministers, senior government officials, or government departments will be an advantage.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Strong understanding of media production and project execution.

Ability to manage multiple teams, deadlines, and stakeholders.

Willingness to travel for meetings, shoots, events, and project execution when required.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
