Job Description – Finance & Accounts Executive Experience: 1–2 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred Department: Finance & Accounts Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Executive to independently handle the company’s complete corporate accounts, banking operations, and the Managing Director’s personal financial transactions. Key Responsibilities - Handle end-to-end corporate finance and accounting operations. - Manage the Managing Director’s personal accounts and financial transactions. - Handle corporate banking, internet banking, fund transfers, NEFT, RTGS, and IMPS transactions. - Manage bank reconciliation, cash flow, payment processing, and daily financial records. - Handle vendor payments, customer receipts, and expense tracking. - Maintain financial statements, vouchers, invoices, and accounting documentation. - Monitor bank balances, payment schedules, and daily fund requirements. - Coordinate with banks, auditors, and external accountants whenever required. - Maintain confidentiality of all corporate and personal financial information.



- Ensure accuracy in financial records and timely completion of assigned tasks. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred). - 1–2 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts. - Strong practical knowledge of corporate banking and internet banking portals. - Hands-on experience with online fund transfers and banking transactions. - Positive knowledge of accounting principles, bank reconciliation, and financial documentation. - Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or similar. - High level of accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and responsibility. - Ability to independently manage day-to-day finance operations. Preference: Candidates with hands-on corporate banking experience and the ability to join immediately will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
