Job Summary:

We are looking for a Banking Executive responsible for managing day-to-day banking operations, online banking transactions, fund transfers, bank reconciliation, and coordination with banks.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day online banking activities.

Process RTGS, NEFT, IMPS and UPI transactions.

Handle fund transfers, payment processing and beneficiary management.

Prepare and verify payment instructions before processing.

Monitor bank accounts and daily transactions.

Perform bank reconciliation and identify discrepancies.

Maintain proper records of bank transactions, receipts and payments.

Download and maintain bank statements and transaction reports.

Coordinate with banks regarding transaction issues, failed payments and account-related queries.

Assist in managing internet banking portals and corporate banking platforms.

Ensure timely processing of vendor,



salary and other business payments.

Maintain confidentiality of banking credentials and financial information.

Coordinate with the Accounts/Finance team for payment approvals and documentation.

Required Skills:

Valuable knowledge of RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, UPI and online banking.

Experience with corporate/internet banking portals.

Basic knowledge of bank reconciliation and accounting.

Good knowledge of MS Excel.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to handle confidential financial information.

Preferred Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent.

Ideal Candidate:

Someone who has hands-on experience with company banking portals and daily banking transactions, rather than only general banking/customer-service experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
