We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Sales Executive / Senior Admission Officer to manage our student enrollments, course counseling, and local outreach. In this role, you will guide prospective students and parents through our premium creative programs (such as Photography, Cinematography, Animation, and Editing) while also driving offline marketing activities to generate new student inquiries in the local market.Key Responsibilities

- Admission Counseling: Manage the student onboarding process, handling inbound queries, conducting outbound follow-up calls, and providing personalized face-to-face career counseling sessions.
- Offline Lead Generation: Plan and execute offline marketing activities to gather fresh student leads. This includes conducting campus outreach, organizing high school/college seminar presentations, and participating in local education fairs or events.
- Course Presentation: Clearly explain course modules, fee structures, hands-on studio training equipment, and placement assistance programs to prospective students and parents.
- Relationship & Lead Management:



Follow up systematically with interested candidates, guide them through registration, and maintain accurate records of student details and interaction histories.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate in any field. An interest or background in multimedia, photography, or design is a plus.
- Experience: 2* to 4 years of experience* in academic counseling, student admissions, ed-tech, or local field marketing/sales.
- Languages: Excellent verbal fluency in both Tamil and English is mandatory.
- Skills: Strong public speaking and presentation skills for offline outreach, active listening, relationship-building, and a polite approach.
- Travel: Willingness to travel locally within Coimbatore for institutional visits, exhibitions, and promotional events.
