Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Hospital Cook to prepare hygienic, nutritious and positive-quality meals for patients, hospital staff and other authorized individuals. The candidate should follow food safety standards and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare meals according to the hospital's menu and dietary requirements.
- Follow prescribed dietary instructions for patients, including special diets when required.
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Ensure safe handling, storage and preservation of food ingredients.
- Check the quality and freshness of raw materials.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils in clean and working condition.
- Follow food safety standards and prevent cross-contamination.




- Coordinate with hospital staff regarding meal timings and dietary requirements.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper kitchen inventory.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Prior experience as a Cook, preferably in a hospital, healthcare facility or institutional kitchen.
- Knowledge of Indian cooking and basic food hygiene practices.
- Understanding of patient-specific dietary requirements is preferred.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow kitchen safety procedures.
- Responsible, punctual and disciplined.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with hospital or institutional kitchen experience will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are welcome.
