Hiring Operations executive for Occupational Health Centre in Hyderabad.

We are a leading Occupational Health Centre (OHC) service provider, successfully operating across 100+ locations PAN India since 2018. We partner with reputed clients across manufacturing and corporate sectors, delivering high-quality healthcare and compliance-driven OHC solutions.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and streamline OHC operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have strong operational, client management, and team leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

* Oversee end-to-end operations of OHC locations across India

* Ensure smooth deployment and management of Medical Officers, Staff Nurses, and paramedical staff

* Monitor SLA adherence, compliance, and quality standards as per client requirements

* Coordinate with clients for onboarding, audits, and operational reviews

* Support for recruitment, training,



and retention strategies to minimize attrition and locum dependency

* Manage payroll inputs, attendance cycles, and operational MIS reporting

* Handle escalations, resolve operational challenges, and ensure client satisfaction

* Optimize cost, improve efficiency, and implement process improvements

* Lead and mentor regional coordinators and operations teams

Key Skills Required:

* Strong multi-location operations management experience

* Knowledge of OHC/Healthcare/Industrial health operations preferred

* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
