Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage the day-to-day financial operations of Coastalin and ensure accurate and timely accounting, billing, collections, payments, and financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily accounting entries, invoices, receipts, and expenses.
- Prepare customer invoices and track outstanding receivables.
- Process supplier bills and manage accounts payable.
- Reconcile bank accounts, customer accounts, and supplier statements.
- Track booking-wise payments, balances, refunds, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams for billing and payment requirements.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Monitor daily cash flow and outstanding payments.
- Assist with payroll and employee expense processing.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial summaries for management.
- Maintain accurate records and supporting documents for audits.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external accounting professionals when required.

Requirements:





- 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Experience with travel, tourism, hospitality, or service businesses is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
- Good knowledge of Tally / accounting software, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines independently.

Ideal Candidate:
A detail-oriented and responsible finance skilled who can take ownership of Coastalin’s day-to-day accounts, maintain accurate financial records, ensure timely collections and supplier payments, and provide clear financial information to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
