Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, following up with leads, and maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients.
- Explain company services and offerings effectively.
- Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM/software.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, or site visits for the sales team.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and follow-ups.
- Generate customer interest and convert inquiries into business opportunities.





Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Good interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, sales will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
