Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain our digital marketing and IT services to prospects.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule meetings and appointments with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
