Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough research and build a robust hiring company database using various channels such as your contacts, Internet research, social media, job boards, and references.
Identify key decision-makers within hiring companies and establish connections to understand their recruitment vendor needs.
Maintain detailed daily reports using Excel sheets and ERP systems, ensuring accurate tracking of sales activities and follow-ups.
Develop and implement a self-monitoring process for inside sales activities, continuously refining strategies to optimize performance.




Engage in inside sales activities including cold calling and pitching recruitment and staffing services to a diverse range of companies, including MNCs, MSMEs, and startups in both domestic and international markets.
Prioritize understanding each client's business profile, mission, vision, culture, and specific manpower requirements to effectively match them with our recruitment solutions.
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contract agreements, and ensure seamless onboarding of recent clients.
Collaborate closely with the Recruitment Team, providing them with detailed job specifications and client insights to facilitate productive service delivery.
Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives, fostering long-term relationships with clients and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
