Job Description
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote travel packages and services offered by Majestic Wings
Actively listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate travel options
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Handle customer inquiries and issues in a qualified and timely manner
Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and update customer information
Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive overall team success
Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Majestic Wings in the market
