Job Description
Source and recruit candidates for IT positions within the organization
Utilize job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools to attract potential candidates
Conduct interviews,



assess candidate qualifications, and make hiring recommendations
Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for current hires
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure all recruitment processes are well-documented
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, employees, and external partners
Support HR initiatives and projects as needed
Contribute to a positive and inclusive work setting.
