Job Description:

A Social Media Team Leader directs a brand's digital presence, overseeing content strategy, campaign execution, and community engagement. They are responsible for leading a team of content creators, analyzing performance metrics to hit KPIs, and aligning social initiatives with broader business objectives. [1, 2, 3]

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement overarching social media and content strategies. Set short- and long-term goals to maximize brand awareness, reach, and engagement.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of social media specialists, copywriters, and graphic designers. Delegate tasks, manage content calendars, and ensure deadlines are met.
Campaign Execution: Oversee the creation and distribution of campaigns across major channels (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube).
Data Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as follower growth, engagement rates, and conversion metrics. Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize strategies.




Community & Reputation Management: Guide the team in responding to customer inquiries, tracking brand sentiment, and building authentic community relationships.
Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of algorithm changes, emerging platforms, and digital marketing trends, applying these to keep the brand relevant.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 3–6+ years in social media or digital marketing, with proven experience leading teams and driving successful campaigns.
