Civil Site Supervisor

Qualification:

- Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred
- ITI Civil candidates may also apply
- Minimum 1 year of relevant site experience

Job Responsibilities:

- Company construction sites ko independently handle karna
- Labour management aur daily labour payment ka coordination
- Site par available materials ka proper record aur knowledge rakhna
- Material ki requirement ko samajhna aur time par inform/arrange karna
- Site par ongoing work ko monitor karna aur zarurat ke according appropriate action lena
- Drawings ke according site execution ko ensure karna
- Site progress aur daily work ka basic reporting maintain karna

Required Skills:

- AutoCAD ka working knowledge
- Revit ka basic/working knowledge
- Civil construction aur site execution ki practical understanding
- Labour aur site activities ko independently manage karne ki ability
- Responsible, punctual aur problem-solving attitude

Salary & Growth:

- Salary candidate ke experience aur capability ke according
- Agar candidate apni capability aur performance consistently prove karta hai, to har 6 months mein salary increment ka opportunity rahega.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
