About the Role

We are looking for customer-oriented Floor Advisors to assist customers visiting the dealership, understand their requirements, provide product or service-related information, and coordinate with the relevant team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the dealership.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them to the appropriate sales or service representative.
- Provide accurate information about available vehicles, dealership services, offers and processes, as applicable.
- Coordinate with sales, service and other departments to address customer queries.
- Maintain customer enquiry records and support follow-up activities.
- Ensure customers receive timely assistance and a professional experience.




- Help manage customer flow and showroom floor activities.
- Handle basic customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction and business targets.
- Maintain a professional appearance and ensure the customer area remains organised.

Requirements

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Experience in an automobile dealership, showroom, retail or customer service role preferred.
- Presentable, polite and service-oriented personality.
- Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Positive attitude, teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
