Job Description:

We are looking for a PPC Engineer with 5 years of hands-on experience in Production Planning and Control. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating production schedules, ensuring material availability, and optimizing resources to meet production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed.
- Coordinate with stores, purchase, and production teams to ensure material availability.
- Analyze capacity and workloads to optimize planning and output.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, delays, and deviations.
- Ensure timely delivery and dispatch coordination.
- Generate regular reports for management on production status.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a PPC role in a manufacturing setup.
- Good understanding of production workflows, BOM, and inventory management.
- Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and production software.
- Robust analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Remuneration:

- Monthly Salary: ₹27,000 CTC
