- Customer Handling: Greet customers, listen to their vehicle complaints, and inspect the car using a checklist.
- Job Card Creation: Open official Maruti Suzuki job cards with accurate details of required repairs and estimated costs.
- Service Recommendation: Upsell value-added services (like anti-rust coating, wheel alignment, or deep cleaning) based on car condition.
- Coordination: Work closely with workshop technicians to ensure quality repair work.
- Status Updates: Keep customers informed about their vehicle's progress and any additional work needed.
- Final Delivery: Explain the final invoice to the customer, hand over the vehicle, and ensure high customer satisfaction (CSI scores).
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
