We are a Chinchwad / Talawade-based engineering company engaged in the design and manufacture of Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), Robotic Systems, Jigs & Fixtures, and Industrial Automation Systems.

As part of our growth plans, we are looking to recruit TWO Graduate Mechanical Engineers, preferably from the 2025 or 2026 batch.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Solid Edge and 3D solid modelling.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply.
- Formal training in Solid Modelling from a reputed institute will be an added advantage.
- Valuable theoretical foundation in Mechanical Design.
- Strong learning ability, with good comprehension and retention skills.
- A genuine interest in developing a career in Machine Design and Automation.

12-Month Training & Learning Program

During the 12-month training / learning period, candidates will receive comprehensive practical exposure to various aspects of machine design, including:

- Advanced 3D Solid Modelling using Solid Edge.
- Preparation and management of Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Selection of appropriate materials and material treatments.
- Understanding design inputs and developing suitable machine concepts.
- Preparation of costing sheets.
- Performing various mechanical design calculations.
- Structural member selection
- Gearbox and motor selection
- Hydraulic and pneumatic components
- Couplings and other mechanical elements
- Preparation of 2D manufacturing drawings with complete processing details, including:
- Material specifications
- Dimensional tolerances
- Heat treatment
- Surface treatment
- Other manufacturing requirements
- Testing assembled machines, verifying performance,



and validating design parameters.
- Facilitating customer and third-party inspections.
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary design modifications.

The objective of this program is to develop candidates into independent Mechanical Design Engineers, capable of handling complete machine-design assignments from understanding the design requirement through concept development, detailed design, manufacturing drawings, assembly, testing, and commissioning.

Stipend & Career Progression

During the 12-month training / learning period, candidates will receive a stipend of ₹16,000 to ₹18,000 per month, as per the proficiency.

Upon successful completion of the training, candidates will be considered for appointment as Design Engineers, with a salary in the range of ₹20,000 to ₹24,000 per month, depending on their performance, technical capabilities, and expertise demonstrated during the training period.
