Communication Skills Trainer

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and interactive Communication Skills sessions for school students as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Train students in verbal and non-verbal communication, public speaking, presentation skills, confidence building, interpersonal communication, and active listening.
- Conduct activity-based sessions using role plays, group discussions, presentations, debates, and real-life scenarios.
- Simplify and communicate concepts effectively while encouraging active student participation and engagement.
- Coordinate with schools and the Gyansthan team regarding schedules, curriculum, attendance, student progress, and programme requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance,



Commerce, Banking, Economics, BBA, B.Com, or a related field is important for this role.
- Candidates must have a solid understanding of basic financial concepts and be comfortable communicating them effectively.
- Prior experience in Communication Skills, Soft Skills, Training, Teaching, Public Speaking, or Personality Development will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable working with school students and travelling across the Western Line and South Mumbai.
