WE ARE HIRING: Manager / Deputy Manager – Accounts & Tax

Location: Churchgate, Mumbai

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Accounts & Tax professionals with prior experience in a CA firm to manage accounting, taxation, compliance, MIS, payroll, and audit-related activities for allocated clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Handle TDS, GST and other tax compliances
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements
- Manage banking activities, vendor payments and reconciliations
- Handle payroll-related activities
- Support accounts finalization and audits
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for accounting and compliance requirements
- Ensure accuracy, timely completion, and adherence to statutory requirements

Requirements

For Manager – Accounts & Tax

- B.Com graduate with 5+ years of experience, or CA Inter with 2–3 years of experience
- Prior experience working in a CA firm is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, MIS, payroll and audit processes




- Good knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel
- Good communication and team management skills
- Ability to work independently, handle details, and manage multiple client requirements

For Deputy Manager – Accounts & Tax

- B.Com graduate with 1–3 years of experience
- Prior experience working in a CA firm is mandatory
- Good knowledge of accounting, TDS, GST, banking, vendor payments, and reconciliations
- Knowledge of payroll-related activities
- Valuable knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel
- Good attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team

Preferred

- Immediate joiners will be preferred
- Candidates with strong CA firm / Chartered Accountant firm experience will be preferred

Location: Churchgate, Mumbai

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
