Sales Executive – Field Sales & Client Relations

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The role involves a mix of field sales, client communication, cold calling, follow-ups and site visits.

You’ll be responsible for speaking with potential clients, understanding their requirements, arranging property visits and building relationships that help convert leads into successful deals.

What You'll Do

- Make outbound calls and follow up with potential clients
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Coordinate and conduct property/site visits
- Meet clients and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp
- Handle client queries and coordinate throughout the sales process
- Work closely with the team to convert leads and achieve sales targets
- Maintain regular updates on leads and follow-ups





What We're Looking For

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and in person
- Willingness to travel for property/site visits
- Comfortable with both office-based calling and field work
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Prior experience in real estate, sales, telecalling or business development is a plus
- Own two-wheeler (bike/scooty) and valid driving licence are mandatory
