We are looking for a responsible and experienced Project Supervisor to supervise day-to-day project activities, coordinate with workers and contractors, monitor work progress, and ensure that the project is completed safely, efficiently, and as per the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily project/site activities.
- Coordinate with workers, technicians, contractors, and other departments.
- Ensure work is carried out as per project plans, drawings, specifications, and instructions.
- Monitor manpower deployment and allocate work as required.
- Track daily work progress and report updates to the Project/Plant Manager.
- Coordinate with maintenance, electrical, mechanical, civil, and other relevant teams.
- Ensure proper availability and utilization of tools, equipment, and materials at the site.
- Maintain daily work reports, attendance, material records, and project progress reports.
- Identify work-related issues and coordinate with concerned departments for timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company safety rules, PPE requirements, and site safety procedures.
- Monitor the quality of work and ensure proper completion of assigned activities.
- Coordinate with contractors and follow up on project timelines.
- Maintain good housekeeping and discipline at the project/site.




- Perform any other project-related duties assigned by the management.

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, or relevant technical trade.
- Relevant technical certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in project supervision, plant/site supervision, construction, maintenance, or industrial projects.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge and willingness to work at site may also be considered.

Required Skills

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of industrial/project work.
- Ability to supervise manpower and contractors.
- Basic knowledge of safety practices.
- Ability to prepare basic reports and maintain records.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and MS Word, will be an advantage.
