Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and organized Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate solar pump projects across Maharashtra. The candidate should be fluent in Marathi and comfortable coordinating with government departments, vendors, dealers, field teams, and internal departments.

The role involves project tracking, documentation, tender coordination, site follow-ups, and ensuring timely execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end execution of solar pump projects across Maharashtra.
- Communicate with government officials, local authorities, vendors, dealers, and field teams.
- Coordinate with project sites and resolve operational issues through timely follow-ups.
- Track project progress, installation status, pending work, and completion timelines.
- Handle project-related documentation, reports, approvals, and records.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Purchase, Production, Logistics, and Service.
- Monitor material dispatch, delivery, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly project status reports.
- Follow up on pending approvals, payments, and project milestones.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned projects as per company requirements.
- Travel to project locations across Maharashtra whenever required.

Required Skills

- Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of English for emails and documentation.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Knowledge of project tracking and documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel across Maharashtra.
- Knowledge of solar pumps, government tenders, or agricultural pump projects will be an advantage.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- B.E./B.Tech, BBA, or relevant project management qualifications preferred.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Operations, or Site Coordination.
- Experience in solar pump, electrical, engineering, or government tender projects preferred.

Salary

As per experience and industry standards.

Work Location: Mumbai – kandivali west

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
