We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer who also has strong sales capabilities. The ideal candidate should be able to handle end-to-end design projects while actively engaging with clients, converting leads, and driving revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Execution
- Create innovative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements
- Develop detailed drawings using SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Enscape
- Prepare 2D layouts, 3D models, and realistic renders for client presentations
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project teams for smooth execution
- Conduct site visits and ensure design quality and timelines are maintained
Client Handling & Sales
- Meet potential clients, understand their needs, and present design solutions
- Convert leads into confirmed projects
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project cost estimates
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Project Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Track project progress and handle client feedback effectively
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget and deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Enscape (mandatory)
- Strong design sense with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, and execution processes
- Sales-driven mindset with negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
- Experience in residential and/or commercial interior projects
