About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential and existing customers, generating leads, providing information about our products/services, and maintaining regular follow-ups.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, customer details, and follow-ups.
- Schedule appointments or meetings with potential customers when required.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses.
- Coordinate with the sales and business development team.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Valuable Hindi and English communication skills; knowledge of Marathi is an advantage.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.




- Ability to convince and engage customers.
- Good follow-up and time-management skills.
- Target-oriented and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.

Eligibility

- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development can also apply.
- Candidates must be willing to work on-site in Nashik.

Experience

- Fresher: 0–1 year
- Experienced: 1–3 years in Telecalling / Customer Support / Sales
