A Boutique Working Partner-cum-Personal Assistant is a unique, hybrid role where an individual acts simultaneously as a Investment partner/co-manager of the business and a highly trusted executor of the lead partner's business and personal life.

Boutique Management & Partner Duties (Business Focus)

- Retail Operations: Co-manage the boutique floor, monitor sales targets, and oversee store staff when the Lead Partner is away.
- Buying & Curation: Accompany the Lead Partner on buying trips and trade shows; assist in selecting inventory, managing designer relationships, and analyzing market trends.
- VIP Clienteling: Build relationships with top-tier clients, host private shopping events, and handle high-value styling consultations.
- Brand Growth: Assist in conceptualizing marketing campaigns, social media strategies,



and trunk shows to expand the boutique’s footprint.

Compensation & Structure

- Base Salary + Performance Incentives: A competitive base salary supplemented by bonuses tied to boutique revenue targets.
- Equity/Profit Share Trajectory: A structured pathway to earning a direct percentage of profit or equity stake in the boutique based on milestone achievements.

NB: Preference will give, Who is interested in social media, travel, purchase and product shoot assistance or modelling.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
