We create everything from cinematic narrative content and branded videos to high-retention social media reels and founder-led content.

We’re looking for an exceptionally creative Video Editor with a robust command of storytelling, pacing, sound design, motion graphics, and visual aesthetics.

Role Overview

This is not just a cut-and-assemble editing role.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely understands the craft of video editing and can take raw footage and transform it into content that feels polished, cinematic, engaging, and emotionally effective.

You will work across microdramas, Instagram Reels, branded content, podcasts, corporate films, AI-generated videos, and other digital formats.

You should have a strong creative eye and be able to make decisions around shot selection, pacing, music, sound, transitions, colour, and overall treatment that elevate the final output.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit microdramas and narrative content with strong storytelling, pacing, emotion, and continuity
- Create high-retention Reels, Shorts, and social media videos
- Edit branded films, podcasts, talking-head videos, promotional content, and other digital formats
- Identify the best takes, shots, moments, and sequences from raw footage
- Use music, sound effects, ambience, and sound design effectively to enhance storytelling




- Create polished transitions, text treatments, subtitles, speed ramps, and other creative editing treatments where appropriate
- Handle colour correction and grading to achieve a polished and consistent visual look
- Work with both traditionally shot footage and AI-generated video content
- Add motion graphics and visual effects where required
- Collaborate with writers, directors, AI artists, and the creative team to achieve the intended vision
- Take ownership of an edit from raw footage through final delivery
- Maintain organized project files, footage, versions, and final exports

What We’re Looking For

- 1–4 years of professional video editing experience
- Excellent command of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects
- Exceptional understanding of storytelling, pacing, shot selection, and visual rhythm
- Strong sense of music, sound design, and timing
- Ability to make footage feel premium through creative editing rather than relying solely on templates
- Solid aesthetic judgement and attention to detail
- Understanding of colour correction and grading
- Ability to work across both cinematic narrative content and fast-paced social media
- Ability to understand a creative brief and bring your own ideas to the edit
- Comfortable receiving feedback and rapidly improving an edit




- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects
- Based in Mumbai — this is an on-site role

Good to Have

- Experience editing short films, fiction, microdramas, advertisements, trailers, or music videos
- Strong motion graphics and compositing skills
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve
- Familiarity with AI-generated footage and emerging AI video workflows
- Knowledge of VFX, masking, tracking, cleanup, and compositing
- Basic understanding of social media trends and what makes short-form content perform

Portfolio Requirement

A strong video editing showreel or portfolio is mandatory.
