Job Title: Academic Counselor - Multilingual (English, Hindi, Kannada)Job Summary

We are looking for a goal-driven Multilingual Academic Counselor to guide prospective students and parents regarding higher education options. You will counsel candidates on Nursing (B.Sc, GNM, Post B.Sc, M.Sc), Management UG courses, and Medical Diplomas.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents on course eligibility, admission processes, and career pathways.
- Conduct admissions counseling fluently in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on prospective leads to achieve monthly enrollment targets.
- Guide candidates through application procedures, documentation, and fee structures.
- Maintain organized lead records in the system.

Key Requirements

- Languages: Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada (spoken).
- Experience: 1–3 years in academic counseling, tele-counseling,



or educational sales.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Nursing, Allied Health, or Management admissions is a strong advantage.
- Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and candidate conversion skills.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
