JOB VACANCY – MOLDER

Absolute Logistic is looking for an experienced and skilled Molder to join our team for steel foundry operations.

- Experience: 5+ Years of relevant experience in foundry / CO2 and sand moulding work
- Salary/CTC: Negotiable, based on experience
- Working Hours: Shift Duty
- Job Type: Full Time – Work from Site

Key Responsibilities

Moulding & Foundry Operations:

- Carry out moulding work as per production requirements.
- Prepare and assemble moulds for casting operations.
- Ensure proper mould dimensions, alignment and finishing.
- Handle moulding sand and prepare moulding materials as required.
- Carry out core setting and other mould preparation activities.
- Check moulds for defects before pouring.
- Coordinate with the Melter and pouring team during casting operations.
- Follow proper practices for pouring and casting.
- Identify and rectify mould-related defects and issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the moulding area.




- Follow all prescribed safety procedures during foundry operations.

Required Skills

- Minimum 5+ years of practical experience in foundry/moulding work.
- Practical knowledge of mould preparation and casting operations.
- Experience in steel foundry operations will be preferred.
- Knowledge of moulding sand, cores, patterns and mould assembly.
- Ability to identify common moulding and casting defects.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Telugu language proficiency is preferred – ability to speak, read and write Telugu.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Strong focus on safety and quality.
