We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Placement Officer who can build strong relationships with corporate HRs and actively create new job opportunities for Blitz Academy students.

The ideal candidate should be confident in chatting, calling, emailing, and communicating with company HRs and recruiters, understanding their hiring requirements, and converting those conversations into genuine job openings for our students.

This is a target-oriented corporate engagement role where your ability to build a strong employer network will directly contribute to student placements.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with company HRs, Talent Acquisition teams, recruiters, and hiring managers through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and other skilled platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong network of corporate hiring partners across relevant industries.
- Regularly communicate with HRs to identify their current and upcoming hiring requirements.
- Generate new job vacancies and placement opportunities for Blitz Academy students.
- Share suitable student profiles/resumes with companies based on their requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, recruitment drives, and selection processes.
- Follow up consistently with HRs regarding submitted profiles and interview outcomes.
- Maintain a database of companies, HR contacts, vacancies, interviews, and placement status.
- Develop long-term relationships with companies for repeat hiring and continuous recruitment opportunities.




- Coordinate with the academic and placement teams to understand student skills, course completion, and candidate availability.
- Track placement opportunities from initial HR communication through to final selection.
- Explore opportunities for campus recruitment, off-campus hiring, internships, apprenticeships, and entry-level positions.
- Meet monthly placement and employer-engagement targets.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience in placement, corporate relations, recruitment, HR, business development, or employer engagement will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in corporate networking may also be considered.
- Excellent English communication skills, especially written communication.
- Ability to professionally communicate with HRs through WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and phone.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable with targets and performance-driven work.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, WhatsApp, email, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to understand job descriptions and identify suitable opportunities for students.
- Proactive attitude with a strong focus on generating results.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
